Venue: Teaching Center, WU Vienna, Welthandelsplatz 1, 1020 Vienna, Austria; Registration for the conference delegates begins at 17:00 on Friday, though there will be doctoral events and paper development workshops during Thursday/Friday. The opening Plenary Session starts at 18:30. The conference finishes at 17:30 on Sunday, followed by the Gala Dinner at Aula der Wissenschaften in Central Vienna.

Attendance: 500 – 600 delegates expected
Area: Fourth floor of the Teaching Center; Coffee and refreshments will be available in the adjacent student lounge, but lunch will be served in the cafeteria on the ground floor.
Access: From 07:00 on Saturday December 3rd 2016, or by agreement
Facilities: 2 tables and 2 chairs will be provided by the organisers for each exhibitor
Parking: The university has underground parking facilities below the conference venue
Charge: There is a flat-rate fee of €500 for each exhibitor, which covers the provision of the 2 tables/chairs (manned or unmanned) and lunch, tea and coffee for up to two representatives
Flyers: There is a fee of €200 for each flyer to be inserted in the delegate pack. These should be provided to the conference organisers by Friday November 18th at the latest, or an extra charge will be levied
Brochure: Your logo (€100) or a one-page advert (€300) in the conference brochure
Website: There is a fee of €300 for a prominent link to the exhibitor on the www.eiba.wien site.
Other: We also invite exhibitors to sponsor a lunch (€1,500), the opening reception (€2,000) or the gala dinner (€5,000). Prominent mention of the generous sponsor will be made on the website, in the conference brochure, and at the event.
