Submission to the IBR-PDW is limited to authors who have not previously published in IBR. Authors who have not yet published in either IBR or JIBS can choose to submit to either one of the two PDWs, but not to both of them, since the events will run in parallel.
Please note that each applicant can make one submission only to only one of the PDW events. (Also, note that applicants to a PDW cannot submit a thesis proposal to the doctoral events, since all these activities will run in parallel on December 2nd.)
Applicants may submit to the PDW event the same manuscript (or, hopefully, an improved version of it) that they submitted to the main conference.
