Star Alliance Convention Plus
The Star Alliance member airlines are pleased to be appointed as the Official Airline Network for EIBA
2016.

tool.
Registered Event participants plus one accompanying person travelling to the Event qualify for a
discount of up to 20%, depending on fare and class of travel booked.
Visa information
The EIBA 2016 organizers provide assistance for delegates who require a Schengen visa. Nationals of all countries not listed as exempt (see link below) require a Schengen visa to travel to Austria.
The link below provides information on how to obtain such a visa. EIBA 2016 organizers can provide an invitation letter confirming the EIBA 2016 conference as “Credibility and traceability of the travel purpose to Austria” for registered participants and the EIBA 2016 conference dates. Please note that this is only possible for registered conference participants. Please contact eiba@wu.ac.at to obtain an invitation letter once you have successfully registered for EIBA 2016. Please note as well that EIBA 2016 cannot assist with the formalities of obtaining a visa beyond issuing an invitation letter (like confirmation of accommodation, return travel, health insurance, etc.).
